Horse Enema Technician?

A fire where?!?!?!

I saw this picture and wasn’t quite sure what to think. Either this horse needed an enema that only a fire truck could provide, or there was a horrible fire deep in the nether regions of this beast. Either way, the lady behind the horse seems to have saved the day!
