Rain Delayed Career

I was reading through the entries in a WorkingAmerica.org Bad Boss content and found one that I really liked and wanted to share with everyone. I love that this bastard told the board that his assistant manager wouldn’t plan a picnic. I think that might be the definition of decisive leadership.
